I was up at Kayak Point on Sunday, and it was a pretty pitiful day for everyone, the fly guys, the trollers, the beach gear slingers.

The Stilly was dumping mud into to northern part of the bay. But hey, we got to see sturgeon rolling and jumping on the flat.

I've also been out on West Point the last 2 weekends, and the trollers have been doing well, Heck, last Saturday, we were pretty busy with lead, flashers and hootchies until about 10 am. But the coho were not near the surface for flies.

I hear that Lincoln Park has been busy for the dawn and dusk crowd.

Has anyone been out and done any good for SRCs or salmon lately?

The upper Puyallup is full of salmon, pinks and silvers, and I have out caught the gear guys around four to one on the fly rod. The Stilly and Skagit are getting lots of pinks and some silvers in the Stilly. The Snoho and Sky are getting a good run of silvers and pinks. I have also heard of some nice SRC fishing in the Snoqualmie around the cow farms, one location I've heard of is near the Carnation Dairy Farm. In all go to a river that starts with an S and go catch some salmon! Good luck!

Yep, sturgeon on the mudflats off the mouth of the Stilly.
