I’m back from a little fishing trip, had a guess for a few nights. Salmo g it was great camping with ya!

Had some good fishing at times wasn’t a good year on the East Side. All kinds of wild life two legged and for legged! Had a bear in camp one night, that kinda open my eyes for a while (I think he like my garbage). Hit the Clearwater and Snake a couple of days nothing to talk about but fun over all.

We looked for you on the Rhonde but never saw your rig. We only caught a couple there, and a couple on Clearwater. Question for ya. We have been noticing that there are more and more two handers out there... but only like 10 % have any idea how to use them. Guys spends big cash on a 14-15 ft rod and then uses it to throw a single overhead 40 ft cast. Seems like they would be better off old school. Saw a bunch of those guys in the clearwater this year..

I saw the same thing on the Clearwater.
I was at Shumaker (sp) 70% of the time and ran down to the mouth the other 20% and the Clearwater 10%

If people on those rivers would take the time too learn about two-handed rods there lives would be easy!

We are going back to the Clearwater today. Fly rods are put away. Its Plug fest from now till end ov Nov.

I feel pretty bad. I am such a whore. Yesterday I actually used a plug as a diver for a shrimp and corkie... and caught 3 nice B-runs in 3 hours.
