my dad has a brand new never used eagle claw fly rod. its never had a real on it. its complete with paper work and plastic.

Wright & McGill denco 8ft 8a-8 7w. thats the numbers on it.

he was just wandering if anyone knew how much it was worth, or if anyone would be interested in purchasing it.

the guy across the street fly fishes and my dad showed it to him and he said it was worth some good money. i think my dad baught it from a yard sale for 5 dollars too.

I have a EC Denco fly rod from the 1960s, 8 1/2' for a 7 wt (HCH in those days). I paid $9 for it. I don't think it has any significant resale value at all. A never used one might be worth more to a collector, but I doubt it would be more than $20 or $30.
