Can you name the states that are going to file for bankruptcy, and which state will file first ?

Who’s gonna bail them out ?

My picks are in the works. I’m thinking seven states are really in big caca, ( or Kaka if you prefer) , with kalifornya making the first call for total bankruptcy.

Then what ?

Kalifornya will probably fall first,, Washington/Oregon not far after... I have been hearing local rumors about the County I live in and it does not look good unless the Supreme Court puts a stop to Trumps ability to stop payment on obligations... The word I heard initially was "Catastrophic" and then a week later the update was "Situation is now worse than before"...

You can tell that this State is Panicked about what is likely to happen...

I live in WA and I'm not panicked. I don't know anyone who is panicked. Just who is the "they" that are panicked?
