So I got a lot of em an old friend gave me, but I usually just stick to the old faithful rigs to troll...especially with only 9 King days last year.

I do like trying new stuff, so I threw all the Apex in one tray, and have a good range of sizes and colors.
So to troll them, what speeds are best? Are they better for kings or coho? Do you put a strip on it? Are they supposed to roll when trolled, or does that mean you're going too fast? Like a plug, I do like the idea of fishing an apex without a flasher, but can you fish them with one (I'm guessing 60" behind a flasher like a spoon?)

Thanks for your tips.

Take this with a grain of Pink sea salt, as it leaves out the King opportunities however - possibly ?

Maybe slow down to dodger speeds, try a chrome or pearl white coho sized dodger. Add a 2 to 3 in version of the Lt. Pinkish Apex , add a couple small pink, orange, or red beads on some 20 # maxima. Maybe two In tandem red hooks, sized # 1 or 1.0 barbless , 2 to 3 ft leader , or 3x dodger size for length. Fish top 60 ft down - ish, and stay just outside the Ripps.
