was thinking of trying the n.f. lewis this weekend can anyone give me any tips on places,and methods to try for springers,not asking for your secret spot or bait just a general idea,thanks for any help.

Please excuse me for missing this post; if I had caught it I would have given you some suggestions. I also must say that I am disappointed that no member cared to give just a little general info you nicely requested! Seems the largest NW fishing website registry has more lurking readers than active participants . Not a good scenario! ...

As for fishing, if you can still go out tomorrow (Sun.), the NF Lewis and the Kalama do already have some springers and summer steelhead in them. Not hot yet, but with big numbers coming in they should get very good soon; if the water conditions are favorable - need more rain! Good luck and tight lines.
