Wind River - From markers/buoy line at the mouth upstream to 800 yards downstream from Carson National Fish Hatchery (except for closed waters near the Shipherd Falls and the coffer dam just upstream from the falls), open to fishing for spring chinook and hatchery steelhead through June 30. Daily limit 2 salmonids, chinook or hatchery steelhead. Effective May 17, the daily limit increases to 4 salmonids, no more than 2 hatchery steelhead. Any chinook, regardless of presence or absence of an adipose fin, may be retained. Minimum size is 12" for chinook and 20" for hatchery steelhead. Night closures and non-buoyant lure restrictions are in effect.
Drano Lake - Downstream from markers on point of land downstream and across from Little
White Salmon National Fish Hatchery and upstream of the Highway 14 Bridge, open to fishing for spring chinook and hatchery steelhead through June 30. Through May 30, closed to all fishing on Wednesdays. Daily limit 2 salmonids, chinook or hatchery steelhead. Effective May 17, the daily limit increases to 4 salmonids, no more than 2 hatchery steelhead. Any chinook, regardless of presence or absence of an adipose fin, may be retained. Minimum size is 12" for chinook and 20" for hatchery steelhead. Night closure and non-buoyant lure restrictions are in effect
