I'm heading up to fish the Samish river north of Burlington this weekend. I've been told that Vibrex's on or near the bottom in holes are good. Taking my little brother and have never fished the fresh for kings. any advice would be much appreciated.

That can work on a high tide. I would recommend going up higher and using eggs. Since the up and coming tides are horrible, bring some split shots to get the eggs down. Super low tides are the best. Make sure you check the tides

I just went a few days ago. I got quite a few. Largest was 40+ bronze McNasty. Also landed a few silvers.
