Okay Team Vision and some other smarter than me fishin souls went and soremouthed :p all those really nice fish. Last time I make a mistake like that....sorry Doug if I was the one caused us to miss it. So my question to Dan S and RT is whats the plan? This thing goin to happen on the 3rd if the rivers tame? With the recent events will we have an able southerner contingent to show how to fish for piggiy silvers? Me personally am really kickin myself for missing out....Team Vision you whoop@$$ed on some really nice piggies! Team TopGun Cove RV & Tackle Prostaff(1) Always FishOn! Gooose

Yes, frustrated is a great word. Does this mean team Vision gets the donations ie. "Egg cure"?? We can package it up, or go for a second date when we're all there and they can earn it. :p When will it be? Keith

Geez Dan, you posted that the Satsop was toast - chocolate brown with more rain on the way. Did you hoodwink us so that you guys could have the thickest group of fish to go for after the first big river freshet?
Nah, jk. Given the decision factors late Thur./Fri., the right call was made - even though in the upper clearing East Fork the action turned out good.
I posted a suggestion that we could have F III the first fishable Saturday in November - the 3rd, 10th, or 17th. But it's up to Washington guys to make the call on this one; such as Dan S. and Jim B. and involved locals.

It all boils down to this - I'm right, everyone else is wrong, and anyone who disputes this is clearly a dumbfuck.

RT, I wouldn't intentionally hoodwink you guys. Believe me, you wouldn't have wanted to see the Floatilla on the stretch we did. It already looked like I-5 during rush hour up there. Another 20 boats and we would have had to issue rocks to stand on. My schedule is about as murky as the Satsop water now. Don't know that I can plan on being available, but I'll try and make it. Weather forecast doesn't look good this week......rain forecasted every day. Guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Speaking of schedules, I'm taking the last week of Nov. off for my hunting season. I'll most likely take a rod with me to catch some late silvers on the klickitat though. With me taking the end of the month off it's tough to get another saturday free. I'll probably be out, but will have the egg cure ready for he who deserves it! Keith

Goose, as far as I know it's a go for this weekend for Team Top Gun.

I have 2 questions about the Satsop float.
where do you put in for the east fork(the state park?).
Is there a shuttle service available.
I know that Saturday would not be a problem but am looking at going on thursday as well.

I'm a go for this weekend. At least I didn't scrub the trip last weekend because of weather, I did it because of things I needed to do. Who missed out on fish???? Not me. It's funny how you get water and THEN the guys show up. I fished almost all those slots in parker's post unmolested for a week. Sheesh, what a mess. I'm almost glad I didn't go. What a madhouse. Well, I'm going this weekend, floatilla or not.
