I had the opportunity to go fishing with Plug Puller and his buddy Chad. These guys are pretty good fishermen, and had the patience to help me, a new rechristened steelheader. We fished a local ZipperLip, wink, wink, nudge, nudge, and landed four for five. Here's a picture of a fish Chad hit right off the bat.

Nice fish! Sounds like you did good. I bank fished with Plug Puller once for salmon over a year ago. Nice guy and persistant. He's starting to get into the fish. Sounds like you are too.

Fun day. "Hey Chad, is this the bottom?" As my line screams down stream. I am surprised that you didn't post the picture of the monster you got It was a great day on the river and a lot of fun. Did you get a picture of the my lunker? That jerky was great and your right it is burning on the way out. It was worth it. I am looking forward to fishing with you again.

Thanks for the kind words. I like the area were we fished at. The fish are so bright and fresh. Oh well, what they lack in beauty they make up in the fight. Nice hearing from you.
