Are they letting alot of water go at the dam or is something holding this fish from going past bonneville? Are they catching fish down below somewhere, indicating the fish are coming? Where are they? Numbers start to get a little higher than they drop like mad. Is the forecast really that low? the fish already above Bonneville, Where the hell are they? There should be something like 30-40 thousand fish milling around between the Bonneville and the Dalles. What are the water conditions like on the Columbia? Sorry for so many questions but was just curious if things should start picking up? confused

To answer some of your questions here is what I know from years past and talking with some bio friends of mine.
1. The water is very high and much cooler than normal so that will delay the great big pushes of fish.
2. Alot of bio's are saying they are running late because of the current conditions.
3. I would not be suprised to see a great big push of fish around the middle or latter part of may like what happend a few years back.
4. Also The commercials did hammer the **** out of the early fish in the lower river. I am sure they took many more than they reported which is the norm for those douche bags.
5. keep your fingers crossed, and I will see you on the wind!!!!!!!!!! cool cool
