I was worried when Hawkins left that my school would drop off the top 20 list, maybe I can relax a little. It was a fun game to watch.

I was impressed the way BSU layed out SC like that......oh, I mean the way they laid out Texas like that........oh, I mean......never mind.

You're not wetting your pants over beating OSU are you?

That field is the gayest thing I've ever seen.

Dan, the gayest thing you have ever seen will be when Fresno Kicks the Huskys ass.. Fact not fiction. The PAC 10 has a couple of good teams and a bunch of filler chumps. BSU could be a better than .500 team in the PAC 10.

The Blue rules.. admit it.

B-run, what does your BSU team have anything to do with the huskies getting their ass handed to them? We (UW) hung in with oklahoma at their house and actually gave them a run and we managed to win against San Jose St...The Pac 10 has more then a couple of good teams....Oregon? USC? Cal? Arizona and ASU? Sure, the UW and the rest of the bottom of the Pac 10 have been a mess in recent years, but historically look at how the Pac 10 has been...You ever open your eyes passed the blue turf to see that another Pac-10 team is in the rose bowl or in the BCS title game? You been watching USC dominate college football recently? Boise state could be a better then .500 team this year, but when the UW and WSU and OSU get their programs back on track, Boise state and its ridiculously gay blue turf would be a 2 win team...and that might include non conference games against Idaho and other joke teams...Blue Turf can be gay, but I don't know how a team beating another team can be gay...that doesnt' make sense...

Boy.. we pushed the big red button there ;\) When you look at the size of the schools and the MONEY they spend.. yea, its pretty gay when a WAC team pummels a PAC 10 school.

I heard that BSU wanted the Huskies on this seasons schedule but that UW didn't want to scar their record with a humiliating loss at home by a "joke team" like BSU.

Not sure what the joke is considering BSU has finished top twenty in the AP poll 3 of the last 4 seasons.

Talk your game, Fish Hunter, AFTER "the UW and WSU and OSU get their programs back on track". And it wasn't just a win, 42-14 is more like a prison date.

Yanking the chains and pushing the buttons.LOL

They may have been in the AP top 20 3 of 4 years, and may have dominated in the WAC, but when they play another top 20 team in a bowl they have lost the last 2. They lost at home, on the blue field, to a team that finished 3d or 4th in the ACC. Infact have they beaten a top 20 team during the regular season in the last couple of years?

Beat #19 ranked TCU in the Fort Worth Bowl 2003

Lost to #8 ranked Lousville 44-40 at the Liberty Bowl 2004

Lost to #19 ranked Boston College 21-27 at the MPC computer Bowl 2005.

Earlier in the same year were beat 7-27 by #14 ranked Fresno State.

I'm not sure but I know they got their butts handed to them early on in the 2004 season by the Georgia Bulldogs who ended up ranked top 5 by the end of the same season.

They just don't get scheduled by alot of BCS teams, or ranked teams. I think against just the few ranked teams they've played against the last few years they have done exceptionally well, even when they've lost. The 2004 Liberty Bowl was one of the best bowl games I've seen played in a long time.

Not really sure how it works, does Idaho send "scouts" down to the bay area (cali) and try to recruit those huge homeboys that usually wind up at USC, UCLA or in the old days, even UW...or is their (gaybluefield) team just a bunch of home grown farm boys that happen to be able to put it all together?

Oh...And why would UW not want to play BSU at home? We decided on going to Oklahoma and playing them...So I would think that if they were willing to face a team like Oklahoma at their house then they would take a BSU match at home....

Why would they schedule Oklahoma rather than BSU? MONEY. Same reason anything and everything is done in the NCAA.

Along with money, they scheduled a team like OU, because it helps with recruiting. If they play a big school like OU, then if they win its great, if they lose, then not that big of deal they were supposed to.
If they schedule a team like BSU, it does not help them with recruits, if they win, no big deal they are a big school, playing a smaller school they should win, but if they lose to BSU it make the program look like sh*t.
Not to hard to understand when one pays attention to what most other NCAA schools are doing.

By one point.. The Athletics budget at UW is more than the entire budget for Fresno.. Live in it.. your team sucks. Big .. Big dollar coach " has he ever had a winning record anywhere ?? "

Seahawks look pretty good though
