Has anyone looked at the water of the skykomish or the snohomish? Is it fishable yet from the bank and if not will it be by next weekend? what

The Sky at least, is fishable, and putting out fish. Clarity was about 12 inches at Monroe this morning. Not great, but I've caught fish in worse. Snoqualmie is pretty clear, so the Snohomish should be better than the Sky.

Drifted the sky from sultan to ben howie on friday, the water color was crap. The sulten river was puking a ton of color into that stretch. Water color looked better above that
point. If the cold weather holds she should green up nice by mid week, I hope.

I fished the lower Skykomish yesterday with limited success, but my friend was happy to get his first chum. The lower Skykomish has a whitish color to it. The Snoqualmie was more clear. The difference in the two rivers was notable at the confluence.
