Are there any non-tribal bank access on the Q. system?

Only upriver from Lake Quinault or on the Salmon River where it meanders off the reservation

There is NO non-tribal bank access. The members of the Quinault Tribe can fish anywhere in the river system.

The rest of us can fish in the lake or below with tribal permission (we need a guide), and above the lake with permission from the Olympic National Park administration.

The Salmon river flows into the Queets, not the Quinnalt.
The upper Quinnalt is listed in the fishing regs. (you can fish that section) Not much bank access to fishy water up there though.
