Anyone know of a license dealer anywhere from Seattle northward that sells fishing licenses and is open 24 hrs? Or, a dealer north of Lynnwood that opens SUPER early in the morning?

My father is flying in very early Sunday morning and I was trying to figure out how to get him a license and punchcard for the BM opener on Sunday, while still getting on the water at first light.

I'd initially considered getting him a two-day license online via WILD on Sunday AM before we left the house, but then realized that the punchcard would be the stopper. Are you saying I could buy him a punchcard today before the license is purchased on Sunday?

You should be able to walk into any dealer today and purchase the whole works just say it is a gift. My dad has done this for me in the past. I purchase my wifes licence this way as well.

I would get all of his personal info before you go in. ssn, address etc...

I have also purchased licenses for out of town guests in advance. As everyone above has stated, you'll need to provide the dealer with his name, address, SSN, physical description, and driver's license no.

When you order the 2-day license, you can specify the dates in which the license is to be active, and so you can purchase a 2-day license days (if not weeks) in advance.
