We might as well legalize prostitution, crack, domestic abuse and other illegal activities since people are still doing it even though it's against the law. Makes sense to me! Why, since I speed occasionaly, why don't we abolish the speed limits?

Has it ever occured to you that there are specific reasons why snagging is not allowed, other than the fact the VAST majority (99.99%)of fishermen prefer to coduct themselves in a decent & sportmenlike way? Can you possibly look at this issue from an objective point of view, attempting to understand the logic behind it?

It's foolish to identify yourself with the knuckle-dragging, mouth-breathing, neanderthal scofflaw's that occasionally slink from their caves. It certainly won't get you very far here.

I fail to see any relationship between crack, domestic abuse, prostitution and fishing. Most of the examples you mention can cause serious harm to individuals and/or society in general. I don’t think snagging fish has any real detrimental affects on individuals and/or society in general. If you want to argue the points I made then do so with some realistic examples.

Hey Mike I am a red neck to if I dont say for myself. Look at how I type I use one finger. I wasnt trying to point out any certain people. It is just a subject that really gets my blood flowing. It is one of those things that you are fishing and fishing legally then you have some people snagging fish left and right next to you and it gets irritating and it just really ruins your day of fishing and I thinking that 99.9% of the legal fisherman will agree with me wasnt trying to be a bad person because I am far from it it just gets aggrevating seeing this type of stuff.
