What setup do you guys normally use. Leader lengths from fly line? Size of flys? I have a 6wt Lami, is that enough or do I need bigger? Anybody with any success stories? I would love to hear em'.

A 6 wt is probably a little small but you can get by. I like a intermeadiate sinking line and a full sink line. A type XI sink tip can also do well.
On the sinking lines I usually have about 5 or 6 feet of tippet tapered down to 12 pound. These fish are not picky.
A chartuse and white clouser is really all you need for flies but I always take pink/white and a few baitfish patterns. Mainly tied in size 2.
Caught fish until we got too tired to cast last year but I havent tried it this year with the fly rod. When we were up for Kings 3 weeks ago the silvers were on the surface N of Tatoosh. Just find the rips and look for bait. If you cant find any fish just bucktail around for a little while until you run into some and then start working the area.

BTW I usually use an 8wt or 7wt. XP with a Ross BG4 reel.

Try this link. It's written by Dennis Dickson, a very well known fly fishing guide around here. It's tells you all you need to know about coho fly fishing at Sekiu or Neah Bay.

D3, thanks for the info. ;\) Thanks also junky, your link was appreciated. I don't fly fish much(yet) but it was cool. You should go up with us sometime, and maybe you could show a thing or two. That stands for both of ya. Those Coho fight good on trolling gear...........I can only fathom what it would be like casting to 'em. \:D
