Yep. Those are sea lice.
Normally, they have a tail, but is looks like they have lost theirs.

That is kind of a goofy place for them, though. Usually they're hanging around the vent scrounging up some chow.

A different species than the typical "sea lice" one finds on salmon. That critter is most typically found on sea-run cutthroat, can't say that I have ever seen them on any other species of salmonid. Sometimes the sea-runs can be loaded with them (20 or more on a 12 inch fish).

No, there wasn't any marks on the skin the slimy little disks scraped right off.

Nice color on that fish!
And yes, thous are harmless (mostly) sea lice.

I agree with Smalma on this one. I have caught sea run cutthroat that had over a dozen sea lice of both kinds all over the body. When you see one you'll find it disturbing, but the fish don't seem any bit less active.

Those look like sea-lice that have been in a cooler for a while (perhaps while still fishing, then driving home?) and half of the original is missing, the abdominal section (Might be the thorax- it's been a long time since entymology/biology class) . That looks like just the head section. Perhaps they are a different strain or at a different stage of life. I'm betting on the cooler/storage theory. Any parisitologists or entymologists out there?
