"Nobody in their right mind would want either one" We seem to have similar perspectives, Sol, although from what you've said we probably cancelled each other out. This is one I'm not too excited about learning the results of.

At least Ms. Kerry doesn't have the personality of a rock like Ms. Bush. Ask yourself have you ever seen a more invisible first lady as Ms. Bush?? I wonder if there is any correlation with the fact that Seattle is one of the most educated cities in the US...Smart people for KERRY! An election limmerick inspired by Parker: There once was a presidential election Our country torn in opposing directions The choice was so bad, like getting kicked in the nads Without any kind of protection.

I can go to sleep tonight feeling *OK* about my vote now (seriously). P.S. It's funny to me that 149 people have voted in this pole so far, yet only 61 have voted in the thread at the top of the page.

If I could vote, I'd want to vote for Kerry.
Being close to seventeen, I have reason to fear a draft and I believe Bush is much more likely to reinstate the draft.
Also, Bush has showed me he doesn't give a rats@$$ about the enviroment.
Neither of them are a Teddy Roosevelt or Abe Lincon, but I think Kerry would do better than Bush.

CM- You left many choices out, at the very least you could have included 'Other.'
I voted for Micheal Badnarik (Libertarian).
One more note, I must say that seeing this astronomical voter turnout is pretty damn cool. I remember 2-3 elections back, many people were very apathetic and did not care to vote. The low voter turnouts of elections past (aside from '00) was very sad to see.....it is nice to see America cares again.

Looks like the PP polll reflects the national numbers to a tee. Bush 52-48 victory for both the popular and electoral vote.

I was reading earlier about an "additional" 8 or 10 electorals Bush got because of a "change in population"...how is that? Sounds like more F-911 GW scam.
Does look like Bush has got it again tho. With all the war scams, debt, and environmental disaster he's created people are still voting him back in, incredible. In some ways tho its fitting, he got us into this record debt, now he can get us out of it.
