Haha, got you to look! \:D

No buxom beauty's in the bow this week, just my ugly buddy, Steve. ;\) Here's a few pics from our outing today. Sunshine, no pressure and fresh hot fish. \:\)

The kick-off steelie was a chrome male about 7 pounds.

Number two was a HOG!

This fish wasn't the star of the show, but he was pretty.

And how do you beat a tail-walking hen at your truck. Thats just good stuff. \:\)

Last week I checked out your site to finally figure out who Sol really is and get busted by my wife looking at your foxy hotties.

Tonight, I browsed through this months issue of STS and there's Sol's article on spoon fishing. I log on, and here's Sol with some nice pics of some nice fish. Tim you are just everywhere.

Speaking of hotties how's your sis doing these days? \:D

Awesome fish!

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't it illegal to take Native fish out of the water period knowadays for a pic, etc? I'm suprised an Elitist hasn't flamed you on the pics yet...

Honestly I don't care if you take them out of the water or not for a few seconds, just take the time to revive them 100% and let them on their way...

ON page 27 of the rule book it reads:

"STEELHEAD required to be released may not be totally removed from the water"

Since they're legal for rentention on about a dozen rivers ... if it's legal fish for retention, then it may be removed from the water totally.

DAAAAAAAMN!

SOL, Stam...you guys ROCK!

Peter: No matter the rules...neither one of these fellows is going to do a thing to harm one of these fish. It's a dumb law IMO and should apply only to rookies, for the most part, and they also could have kept a fish, had they so desired. I am sure all of those fish are back swimming happily upriver to do the "wild thing" and re-populate the species.. \:D

Hey sky # r. What is the DFWF? Is this some new secert agency to nark off people holding wild fish out of the water? You may want to get your facts straight before you post something like that again

Not sure what Sky#er point was but I'll make one I am sure will not be popular but I have never heard a good answer to the question.

Why target wild runs?
Why stress wild runs even more in a low water year?
Why use bait or trebble hooks?
If you care about wild fish so much why even take a chance on the fishes well being for a pic.
Why is it so important to show others what you have done?
In doing something legal does it make it the right thing to do?

I am not making judgements I just do not understand why. When I see a resource in trouble or pressured I err on the side of caution and conservation and leave it alone as much as I would like to fish or hunt.

Theking: If you don't get it there's not a person on this board that can explain it to you. Why do I target wild steelhead, post pictures or write material on the subject? Because I'm passionate about my interest in the sport and I like to share with others. For me, if there's no sport, there's no interest.
