Johnny Coho's client, in the picture, reeled up this 42.5x25.5 buck this weekend...formula puts it at 35.6 POUNDS!

Wow.

Johnny asked me to post this for him, so here it is...

And here's Johnny with the fish...

Fish on...

That makes two.... there was another 30-plus caught in a tribal net yesterday:

Thats a nice fish, the one from the queets makes me sick! That poor fish should have been allowed to spawn. Not drown in a damn net and be sold.

Thanks Guys! \:D

Unlike the Queets fish this was caught and released, unharmed in a very short time. After fish was released we sat and ate lunch and watched him sittin' out in the current of the gin clear water, just lookin' pissed that he was caught. Swam off up-river after about 10 minutes of sulking.

Also, net used on this one is a rubber coated knotless C&R net.

Absolutely AWESOME!

I knew there were some real Toad's to be found up there...but yeesh....that one is incredible!

I think of the 17#'er that my dad caught a couple weeks ago....that fish you got is TWICE that!

Hate to be a spoiled sport but that first fish is not even close to 35 lbs.... It might be 20... The second one from the net might be however... This might be the largest exageration I ever saw on this board.. 35 lbs... Thats funny

Wow that thing is a toad John, certainly a rare fish. I don't know if that fish goes 35 but certainly would think it touches the 30lb mark..
