When going in to Canada they always ask "when was the last time you were here" if you say never or years your gonna get pulled over by customs. Talk about a waste of at least half hour or more.

When asked always say last month or last week. ;\)

FNP, what happened to you is flat out wrong. Next time that happens file a complaint. You can do it after your trip is over. That is the only way those jerks get what is coming to them - eventually.

ISO. right on about those sunglasses. The only time I got the truck tossed was when I arrived at the kiosk wearing my sunglasses. The first thing the guy said was, "take off those glasses" in an unpleasant way. Next thing you know - pull it over. The guy from inside who did the search was pretty nice and only held us up for about five minutes.

COHO-
Will just a passport suffice?

I'm bringing my hockey gear when I go up to buy my new stuff in a few months. I hope the dog pisses on it, anything would help the reek!

Truthfully, I found that (if possible) leaving my gear out to dry in the DIRECT sun immediately after arriving at home reduces the production of the odor causing life-forms. I would say the direct UV treatment reduced the stench by about 80% Just a little insider tip.

Yes Busta--passport is the best way--I need to get one. Just went this weekend and the Border officer was most interested in talking fishing on the Fras.

I agree with direct sunlight--its the available part in winter months--glad i have a garage now--apartment life years ago was not the best of times with the wife-----"GET THAT SH*&T OUT OF HERE"

"Hey honey that hurts my feelings"
