his boat would certainly be festooned with more colorful banners if that were the case.

just noting you "assuming the position". We know - you are so used to being in it that you don't notice anymore.

I'll be the one wearing the PVC strap-on this year. It's other peoples turn to assume the position. \:D

Now we all know why it is an "invitation only" event.

I have a 17ft. Arima SeaRanger with a 90 suzuki and a 9.9 suzuki kicker. I bought mine in 1992 at Verle's also. If anyone is interested-check out
ArimaBoatOwnersGroup@groups.msn.com. It's a good place for info about these boats.
I've been out in rollers out of Barkley that I couldn't see over - the boat was fine-I was marginal.
Mr. Arima was a Swiftsure fisherman when he designed the boats and wanted a boat he felt would make it back on nasty days. He did a good job IMO. I really enjoy mine.

Sol,

Where's the kitchen sink? Seriously, that's a beautiful, tricked out boat but let me ask you a question. Do you feel cramped with all the accessories?

I have the same boat you do but when I ordered mine, I decided to keep things to a minimum for both weight savings and being able to get around in the thing without bumping, crashing or stepping on something. I'm not knocking what you've done at all. I just wonder where you draw the line between functionability(sp?) and accessories you have to have?

Good fishing.

No sink, but I am kicking around the idea of adding a high volume pump with hose and nozzel for clean-up while out fishing. As far as mobility in the boat? No problem. I usually begin the day with a "discussion" about where to step and what not to do. ;\)
