From what I've found so far It's around $30.00 per inch for a one sided wall mount, I'm not sure if it's double that for a two sided table display though, but close. At 43.5" that's $1,300 for one side on my fish. But from the quality I've seen, it's well worth the money.

I've seen 42,43,44 inch steelies before. Those kind of lengths are impressive on their own. But I have never seen lengths AND girths like some of the steelies posted here. The wrists on some of those fish look like a fat ladies ankle.
Thanks for taking the time to post these pictures I ejoyed daydreaming over them. Guesses to which of these is the heaviest fish?

Here ya go, guys. In 30 years of prowling Pacific Northwest rivers I've hooked one 30-pound steelhead, and I was fortunate enough to land it. Not a dark boot Babine fish, either, but a chromer that ate my ass. Best 20-minutes of my life to date. \:\)

Here's the mount Dave did for me. The guy is awesome.

Here's a big photo of so you can see the detail.

Can't wait until my Dad's 60 pound Kasilof King is done!

I should have taken some macro shots when I was at Dave's shop.

His latest steelhead is TRULY AMAZING! The scale and head detail was unbelievable! Hands down the best fish artist I've personally seen.

44 inches. Or, as some dude from the Netherlands said after accosting me and throwing his tape on the fish, "It's 112 centemeters."

Sol, that replica is off the wall, literaly :p ... Best ive seen. When i get the $$$ its on. just wish i knew the girth of mine, there's no way to accuratly guesstimate girth because their humped up like a freakin Chinook
There's a theme to these fish like VHawk mentioned, the tailwrists are huge and big shoulders

Where's the 40# at \:D

Sol

That's a great fish and replica, So far all of the people I've talked with (even Dave) have not been able to come up with a replica large enough to duplicate the fish, they are shorter and have less girth.

What size is the replica you have and how close is it in size to the actual fish?

Thanks

Man those are some serious fish. I was having unpure thoughts looking at them. I have hooked a couple hogs down here in Ca, but only landed one. It was 19, or 20 lbs, and a spawned buck. I photographed it, and just had to let it go. I have the photo, but I can't get it to post here. I am not the most computer smart fella.

I floated over the top of him once Stam, about 1/2 mile above camp ... never did see him again \:\(

Nice fish fellas maybe I'll dig out a few of my old pics too, just don't have too much time to spare at the moment. Hope to see some new additions to this thread this winter!
