is izor platinum in the line-up?

I too am anxiously awaiting the test results and your input. Thanks lots for doing this test. Oh yeah, I just bought 3300 yds and spooled my plugging rods with Izorline platinum. Never tried it before.

Curious to know which lines a man can talk about,that he's actually used,less banishment?

It's almost a Ford Chevvy thing. More emotion than logic.

I can't speak for anyone but myself,though I'm well past my 1000th Steelhead landed,I've yet to emotion one in.

My perception is,that there is a good number of gents who are serious about results and have done extensive testing,regarding all implements involved. I plead guilty to being one of those guys and Casting/Blasting with several more.

Admittedly,I've never cast into distilled waters,so couldn't comment in that regard and it just may be fraught with unforeseen consequences,that a Salmonid in it's native waters could not replicate.

Personally...I like the odds.

I gotta agree with Dave Vedder on this one, despite the tests, i seem to always choose preference over performance, although my preference has very good performance, i guess when things start to go wrong with the line i am using, maybe then i will switch!

I think there's much said for getting fresh line and storing it properly and that can be a struggle in itself.

One of the reasons I went to braid,on the main line.
