That's a Retard Bobber,signed by Jerry Lewis himself,got it off Ebay.

I like 'em when Drifting Glo-Corkies at night,for pounding Salmon/Steelhead in the dark.

Also keeps my 5yr old in the game,so I can cast a lil' myself.

I prefer modest cork floats,for most pursuits however.

I fish alotta Mark's jigs.......................
