Fantastic Four-The Rise of The Silver Surfer.. The first Fantastic Four was pretty lame.. Hope this one is better! (I'm a movie critic, damnit!)

Hmmm, must be a newbie super-hero. I've never heard of him. Snuffy Smith and Lil' Abner and Pogo were in the funnies when I was a kid. Cripes, that might make me old. S.g, just how old are you man!! I was only 8 when the SS showed up Check this out. The Silver Surfer is a fictional Marvel Comics superhero. Created by writer Stan Lee and artist/co-plotter Jack Kirby, he first appeared in the comic book The Fantastic Four #48 (March 1966). C/22......

One of our sons has the No.1 Silver Surfer comic in primo condition. He was a big SS fan as a kid so I found it for his 8th birthday for him. He's 31 now and hoping the movie is as good as the promo.
