I took two kids cross country 14 years ago from Syracuse NY to Aberdeen WA. Rowan done good, real good!

All it took to keep mine happy was to play the Lion King soundtrack... over ... and ... over... again.

"Jo, whatcha wanna listen to?"

"Want Lion King, daddy."

50 miles later, same question, same answer.

Repeat ad nauseum.... from one state to the next.

After a few days, I would wake up startled in the middle of the night haunted by the African dude chanting, " NAAAH... sa penyaaaahhhh!" in the opening stanza.

Just wanted to say thanx for the killer pics glad that u had a good trip, thats a long way to travel with a little one but it sounds like she was an angel!! What a proud mommy and daddy. SHES A CUTIE!!!! Oh and nice fish.
