Right-click on the jpg below and save as, whatever. Hopefully we'll see some of you come October. That is if you are foolish enough to send Joe Superfisky a check.

Here's what I think. I'm all for C&R on wild steelhead, even if the season is open for harvest. The stocks are not "healthy," dispite what the WDFW would have you believe, they do not rebound as fast as salmon do in recovery, etc., etc...

I don't usually fish kings in the rivers in the fall because they are not the table fair that silvers are, however, in my opinion salmon are for eating if the season is open, wild or not. I've left the decision about killing kings to Joe, but sure as shi% if we make this a coho only tourney some dupe is going to cry about killing big wild silvers.

Sol, you and I have never met but I don't think there is anyone around that has fought harder or longer for the Chehalis salmon than I have. There are certainly some nice big Silvers that show up early but the big silvers that are in trouble are the bruisers that show up from mid November on. You may be right about somebody crying about some big early silver but that is unwarranted...the Kings of the Chehalis are a different story. And just about everybody has had their shot at that "horse". I hope that Joes chooses to make this a Coho tourney and I will put $200 up for the biggest coho caught...anybody interested in matching that?

I'll just wait down by Box 12353 at the West Oly Post Office with a handful of Valium, Skelaxil, and Percocet. I think that should cover my entrance fees.

Question Joe. If the cost is $25 and the balance is due at registration time what is the total cost per entrant?

Total fee is 50.00 per person,

Its official,
Friends landing will be the Headquarters for the tourney, I reserved a bunch of spots today and they were very happy to hear they were the center for this tourney.

Make sure to book early for spots, they will go quickly.

Peace

Fly wants me to track down a different brand of hooded sweatshirts. The boy says the last ones we got shrunk in the wash. Mine fits fine. Put the fork down, negro!

Chit, I don't even wash mine...just rub in the fish guts and hang it in a tree to dry.

Fish on...
