Going to get after those toad Silvers at Sekiu from Thur 27th through Sat 29th...only fished there once or twice and didnt stay in town...any recommendations? Ripers, Olsons, Curleys...are those the options? Might have an open seat as well as my early summer fishing partner is probably out of the game for who knows how long, something about an 8+ month pregnant wife, what a wuss...cheers

There's a B&B in Clallam Bay as you are heading west out of town. Don't know the name, though. Breakwater Motel is an optin, but bet they are booked, too. Campsites at the places listed plus the Coho RV Resort. Forks is about 45 minutes away. Sounds like it is going to be busy there.

Fished the past couple of days. Kind of slim pickings today for the derby. Lead fish was 14.88 lbs when we left town. We picked up two fish today, 3 yesterday (2 10 lb's) and 3 on Thursday. Not as hot as last week. Pinks are slowing down.

I doubt you'd find lodging NEXT year at this time. Mooring isn't usually a problem.

Good luck.

Olson's and VanRypers probably have the most moorage. Coho has moorage, but can be dicey on minus tides getting out. Saw some props get dinged this a.m. 'cause folks didn't believe the warning in the office.
