The problem with tweekers is that they are EVERYWHERE. Every city, every county, there's no escaping them. Anyone can be a victim.

With crackheads, if you stay out of crack infested neighborhoods at 2:00a.m., You probably wont be victimized by them.

stlhead you are a better man than I. If I caught someone lurking near my hard earned collateral I would not hesitate to beat the Sh*t out of him. These people don't get it. And really, what is he going to do, take you to court. That POS couldn't manage to remember he has a court date and likely has a warrant out for his arrest anyways. These individuals disappear off the face of the earth and no one cares. "Crab Bait” Another case in point is listed below in the URL.
