Sweet boat, Tyee.

Well, I'm 'that guy' with the Willie that Doc posted the link to. I couldn't be happier with my boat...for what I do, where I do it. With as much as Tyee fishes where he fishes, I'm sure he'll be every bit as happy with his 'perfect' boat as I am with mine.

Residing on the desert side of the state, I have to travel a fair amount to fish. All of the storage compartments keep almost everything within arms reach, but they also have locks on them to protect (or at least give me some piece of mind) my gear and save me from having to make multiple trips to the motel room/camper/wall tent every night and morning.

There is no 'perfect' boat for every person/application. If I ran skinny rivers as much as a lot of you do, and spent the majority of my time sidedrifting, I would have built a different boat. I had a boat for 11 years that would go everywhere any boat could go and turn on a dime, I just realized over the years that I didn't need it. Everyone is at least a little different...

...or, you could be like Parker. He may be the only guy that truly has the boat thing figured out...

Parker surely has the least expensive boat option. Backlash that is a very well thought out boat. I am on my first sled and will upgrade in a few years to get all the options. I really like the rod lockers. It would be nice to leave your gear in the boat adn not have to worry about it disappearing. Fish stalker congratulations on your new boat. I am sure you will have years of enjoyment from it.
