I am selling my house in Elma.

CL Link http://seattle.craigslist.org/oly/rfs/682578635.html

It is a sweet location. It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the rivers edge, and 10 minutes to a salmon hole that I am really going to miss. In the fall and winter you can walk outside and see flights of ducks and geese moving all around the valley. At dusk it is really spectacular. The house is on a hill, and was about 30' above the big flood last year.

I just have a set of waders and a rod rigged with a vibrax waiting in the garage. Any time I get home early from work, I know where I can spend a quality hour.

This day we were off to the Seahawks game so my Dad came over a little early and we spent the first hour of the day doing this.

Thats some sweet pre-game action.

Send me a PM if you are interested. I am sad to be selling because it is a really cool place, but I have an even sweeter one coming under contract soon.

If I thought I could get my place sold fast enough, I'd buy your place. (We would have to negotiate fishing access rights into the price though thumbs)

I would love for you, or any other fisherman to buy it.

Of course you know how good that hole down there can be. That's got to be worth about $10K right?

Isn't your old man's place for sale, he specializes in plunking down there, it is a fit for him. You all have yarded plenty of steelhead out of the stretch right behind the house.

True, there are steelhead to be caught right in your backyard, along with a nice hole for silvers. I will seriously be considering it, that is a good price for the area, escpecially for what you get. From the custom water feature in the front to the great floorplan and all that being on a good stretch of river, hard to pass up for me. I'll get back to ya on it.

If I bought it, you could come down and fish it anytime, that should be worth $10k also. wink
