I'm actually not a "Newbie" per say. I was very active on this board for a few years until I moved, computer went to F@#k, got busy with work, etc. A few of you "old timers" like Jerry Garcia might still remember me under my old name......... LittleZoZo........ I'm sure that theres still a few of you around who remember a few of my posts...... It might be a bit of a stretch.... Hell, last time I posted, I think Letty Potter was still pretty active on the board, I haven't seen any of her posts in a while. Aunty M was "Brand new" on the board, as was Dog Fish. I am pretty religious and agree totally with you. I love it when they come to my door to try to convert me. I invite them in and then slowly tear their religion apart. Then, when they don't know what to do, I invite them back. Even have done it to people who believe close to what I do. They refused to say what exactly they believed, just that they believed the whole bible. I invited them to stone my nieghbor, at which time they kind of shut up and wanted to leave. Which I politely allowed them too. Only one had someone come back and that was over even quicker then the first time, with a invitation to come back again....

So you tear apart your own religion?

JTD I see you're in Steilacoom..... I just recently moved to University Place. I actually live just up the hill from Chambers creek by about 1500 yards. Give me a shout if ya ever the urge to show a South ender (Chehalis) some of these Pierce/King county rivers, as I have never fished anything north of the Skokomish.

I will tear apart anyone who is a sheep and doesn't know what they believe or why. It sure doesn't help me any when someone opens their mouth, ends up looking like an idiot, and has the net result of making me look like I am that stupid. I am not talking about taking things by faith, but rather about people who insist they know something as a fact that they either don't know enough about or are just plain wrong about. I get just as mad at religious people who insist they can prove they are right as I do evolutionists who claim I must be wrong. Both sides take faith, one in God or a supreme intellect and the other in the laws of physics that have existed eternally. Either way, it's a mind boggling thought.
