We're all A.D.D. its just a matter of establishing to what degree Salmo G. i meant no disrespect. Your posts are informative, intuitive and i believe you think through every reply. i hope that i havent offended you in any way. I grew up in a different age, the age of the text message where emotions are written so as to know the attitude that you reply in. Otherwise soe respones can be misconstrued to mean something very different. i studied alot in interpersonal communication. 93% of human communication is through body language and voice inflection. 7% is the words. So i like to type exactly how i talk. you can sort of "hear" my tone of voice. since my humor is more on the Dry, sarcastic side, many jokes that i crack can be misleading as to what my attitude is. So i like to add "emoptions". Much like the "emotio-cons" ( greamlins) you guys use in your postings. Not much different i just choose to write it out.

that said, if that makes me sound gay, like a girl or offend someone....well i am sorry that my A.D.D. is to a larger degree than yours

The audience on this BB ranges in age from younger than you to over 70. You're gonna' appear cool to your age demographic and like an idiot to us old farts. Someone would know if their were a little more observant, instead of doing the dreaded: ASS out of U and ME.

I guess its the studying i have done in this area but again i am ASSUMING everyone else knows this stuff. If you observe the words used and the context the words are used in , as well as observing the vocabulary of the person you are judging the intelligence of, you will find a direct correlation to a problem solving intelligence. Has to do with the side of your brain that learns the english language, reading, and problem solving. But problem solving is not just limited to learned or schooled individuals. Ive known guys that couldnt spell a lick, that could improvise and solve pretty much anything that you could throw at them. poor dude just didnt get a gooder edumacation. Smart guy though. But you will never find someone with a decent vocabulary and spelling skills without at least an average intelligence. the memory, and thought processes involved in stringing together words and the english language just cant be done without a LOT of work if it doesnt come easy. Natural ability. Much to do with the genes of your ancestors. So000OOO if you dont got the genes you still put a lot of work into learning it and therefore cant be said "idiot" But by all means, in your years on this earth i am sure you know more than i and therefore can make an intelligent statement like

and feel totally good about judging someone elses intelligence.
