Doesn't it suck putting your man worm in the hole and waiting for them to grab a hold, I hate the sand

Fred,
I was at Iron Springs, it was real good there, even when I showed up at 8:00 and dry dug, still got 15 in about 15 mins.

Peace

My big question is about tomorrow(Saturday).....forecast is pretty ominous with rain, wind and big surf predicted.

I was really amped to go....now I'm wondering if it would be wasted trip.

What's everyone else going to do? I've gone in these conditions many times and the outcome has been about 50/50.....sometimes, you get em' anyway. Other times, they just ain't showing and all you get is wet, cold and a bunch of sand in your face.

Not sure I want to play the odds with that surf forecast (up to 15 ft swells!)

So I've lived here my whole life and have never had a razor clam! Am I missing out ? I like oysters on the half shell BBQ'd. Is that a fair comparison?

I should have posted this. There has been a Sheriff with radar in the Copalis Crossing area each morning. I would have gotten busted if all the cars yesterday weren't slowing down for some reason in front of me, whew!!!!

Tickets suck!!!!!!

Exactly where I got nailed!

Damn! Damn! Damn!

I'll give him this....he picked his "spot" well. Never even saw him until it was too late. Honestly didn't think I was going as fast as he stated.....but he did give me a small break on the fine. blush

I like oysters better.......now I'm spoiled, only buy the "yearlings" from Brady's.....

That said....my wife makes clam chowder, that is among the best I've ever eaten....but she uses the Costco canned clams........

Lots of shows and nice clams for us today. Not too many people where we went, but I could see them double parked just a half mile away.
