I'm with you on this and about all I listen to, besides blues, is Reggae music. When I spin vinyl for parties, I don't even take any Marley in my record crates.

Got a guy at work that haunts yard and estate sales for vinyl, he must have thousands by now. He considers himself quite the collector.

I do the same thing, Jerry, but I don't buy much just blues or Reggae. I still have the first 45 I ever bought - Carl Perkins "Blue Suede Shoes" on the Sun label. And yes-I bought it when it was first issued and I am that old.
Some Japanese collectors pay huge bucks for first issue vinyls, especially 45's.

Now day's most of the songs sound like the same flipping song or a copy of one from our generation. Add to that all of the pumped up no talent's who can't sing, play or write their own music but make millions.

Beatles are probably the all time most over played.
