Pretty sure you will find a rock crab show at Joemma, I watched some kids a couple years ago tossing crab rings off the dock.

You be catching red rocks 20 to 1 in the Joe Momma area... If you want a spot or two, other than the common areas, to get a few Dungies, shoot me a pm

I got your number Cam...Been busy at work...I'm not sure what the plan is at this point, but I got your number. I'm wondering if there are Dungies to be had in 13?

I've heard that crabbing for dungies is tough south of the Narrows. Some folks say the Nisqually flats. I crabbed once off of Squaxin and caught only rock.

I was down at the beach at the south end of Hartstine last month and found a couple small dungies on the beach, so there has to be some around there.

I'm gonna be down at Harstine this weekend so would appreciate any crabbing or fishing ideas for area 13.

Chances are those smaller "Dungies" were another species called the Pacific Graceful. They look a lot like Dungles, but tend to be much smaller with a purplish tint. A big one would be about 4 to 5-inches.
