Had the sun wrong on him and couldn't fish hook him to gain favor,so slipped away. Wasn't a minute later that he came running at me blindly and I had to sprint for the camera,to do him justice as he quartered away.

Him coming head on at Warp Nine, would have been good stuff.

Will try again,here shortly.

The dust effect, and the hairs fallin off the back are cool as well. Those snowy owls are cool, and they have an expression on their face that shows they know it.... Sweet shots.

Weirdist thing about those owls....no sound. Usually when a bird flushes it lights you up with the noise. My experience with them (up by Iliamna) was zero noise. Very weird feeling.

Thats no lie. I was duck hunting a couple years back and had an owl swoop down and almost take the hat off my head. It almost gave me a heart attack. Absolutely no noise and that fawker was within arms reach before I saw him out of the corner of my eye. Luckily he decided I wasn't edible cause he'd have probably taken some scalp along with the hat.

Slammed today and no good shot opportunities. A killer pic of a Snowy is currently rating up there on my Want List, though I'm craving more Polar Bear action.

May have to get slippery.

Movie night with the crew,so I haven't the time to scour all the frames I banged today, though I did glance a few.

Likely won't be able to see this again.

Dig the colors here.

Did rather nicely on MuskOx today, gunned several nice 'bou and got a Golden Eagle.

Loaned my camera out at shift change,to a dude kicking tires on pulling the Canon trigger and have zero doubts that he'll soon be in the fold.

Good [censored] does that.

As an aside, electric fences are hard on Night Stalkers, whether winged or waltzing.

Have seen alot of Critters piled beneath same, trying to make a raid on the farm.

I'd not care to taint even one of my backpacks with the smell of an Injun and there's no way you could keep up otherwise. Though of course you've your imagination to fall back upon and that's certainly familiar territory for you.

Too bad dreaming doesn't bear fruit,or you'd manage to spill some blood now and again.

Someone will have to explain the pun to you,as it was on purpose.

Here's the closest Chief Shitting Bull will ever come to an Outdoor Experience.

That of course being rather generous.
