Port Susan Camping Lot (private), located about 3.2 miles from Kayak Point, near Tulalip/Marysville.

Great place to always have your own campspot, or place to keep rv year round.

Lot has water/power/septic. It is a private recreational property, 180 days per year, dues are about 60 bucs a month.

Currently has a 32 ft Fifth wheel on it, that can be sold w/ or w/o the lot.

Desperate to sell it now, so here is the scoop.
$2800.00 for just lot. and 1000 more for trailer.

Will finance it with about 1/3 down. and payments flexible.(your credit must be half decent to retain a lot at pscc) May partial trade for a boat, or vehicle.

Ya that IS the fifth wheel, it really amazes me that no one has snatched up this deal, but I guess in todays economy, people are being much tighter.

I now have a buyer with an offer for both!!
But, if for some reason it falls through, we can talk about the trailer.

The reason why it is priced low was to avoid moving it, and sell it all set-up with property, it takes a big rig to tow that beast.

The trailer needs a few things, but is useable as is. I put alot of work into it.

It is amazing, what I am selling the lot&trailer for, I don't even think you could find a fifth wheel of that size, and shape, for what I am asking for both..........I can't figure people out, ah well not my job!!

IF the guy that wants it get approved (credit check through camping club) then it is sold, will know in the next few days.
