Todd. You dickhead. IT AIN'T GUN GRABBING, and you damn well know it.
It is about incrementalism.
I live in California and I'll be the first on to say that it is the stacking of law on top of law that the rest of the country is afraid of.
10 day waiting period, the banning of certain calibers, the banning of scary lookin guns. I have all that right here and it is your liberal political heros that are responsible for it.
You are a smart guy, but you just don't get it on the gun issue.
So you say there is not an effect to gun owners in this country? I'm not the RWWJ that you'd like to label me as, but come on dude.
Pussies? GMAFB.

Sal, I own guns, and I'm not afraid.
I'd be more afraid of some gun nut stealing them if I were irresponsible enough to tell everyone in the cyberworld what I have in my house.

P.S. This has nothing to do with those creatures on that other site, anyway...they're obviously subhuman, just read the thread. That old man Kennedy probably would have kicked half their asses even old and with cancer...after spending his entire adult life in the service of his country, and watching his two brothers shot in cold blood by dipshits like those jackasses on that other site.

Teddy was a POS, [censored] him and who gives a [censored] how good he "advocated".
That's how low the bar has been set by the limp wristed left..."well he was a lying, drunk, murdering POS but he advocated well...so that makes him a good dude." GMAFB

We can still get them, but is is difficult.
Todd, As far as having brothers killed by a criminal with a gun? I have two brothers that are cops. Should they be killed in the line of duty will I be transformed into an foaming at the mouth anti gun advocate? HELL NO!
My brothers accepted the risk when they put the badges on their chests.
Certainly I would have remorse and even more hatred for criminals than I have now, but firearms have been a part of my outdoor heritage since I was a child. They are tools. I like precision tools.
Gun laws are draughted by politicians not gun experts.
How far should my rifle be able to shoot accuratley?
How much penetration should a hunting bullet have?
How many cartridges should my magazine be able to hold?
How many guns should I be able to own?
How many guns should I be able to buy in a year?
Are you comfortable with your politicians making these decisions for you?
I'm not.

WOW! Proud conservative wondering how stupid some people can be. Thanks for lowering the bar. RIP Mr Kennedy.

Those guys are subhuman? No, just passionate. They know that firearm ownership is as key to hunting as fishing rods are to steelheading. When someone threatens what they love, they are compelled to lash out. Just as you lash out at those that threaten your passion for wild fish in wild rivers. BTW, Bigstick was one of the top posters over there at one time. But then again you may be right, Larry just might be a different species.

I'm always laughing out loud when the big tough guys with guns are always so damn afraid...just like the fraidy cats now, how many guns did Teddy grab from them?
None...same amount as are being grabbed now.
No wonder they need to carry guns...they're pussies, probably spent all of gradeschool getting beat up by girls.
Fish on...
Todd looks like you still have some issues....seems like everytime i get on this forum you are bitchin about guns....did your daddy never take you shooting when you were a wee lad?

Ted Kennedy should have spent the 70's in prison for manslaughter instead of on the floor of the Senate. Cared more about his career than the woman he let drown in his car!

dewbie, for some reason you and the rest seem to have a reading comprehension problem...I own guns, I like guns, and I have no problem with guns.
I have a problem with gun nuts who are always looking behind every bush for someone who's about to grab their guns. I have a problem with an organization like the NRA stuffing lies down the gun nuts throats all the time, which they eat hook, line, and sinker.
Must be painful having to be so afraid all the time...glad I'm not.
For this thread, however, I have a problem with a bunch of cowards hiding behind their computers cheering the death of a man who gave his entire life to the service of his country, and from a family who has done so for much longer than any of those cowards have been alive.
Fish on...

I think you are giving the tools on that site way too much credit.

I'm a Kennedy. Full name John Francis Kennedy. My family is related too the famous Kennedys . My Grampa past away last year and last night watching the news I thought I was looking at my Grampa when they were flashing pictures of Ted in his elder years. My uncle Tom looks like him as well. My Dad is a strong resembalence to President Kennedy. My Dad's name is Jack as well. Pretty wierd stuff. I am still waiting for all the women that flocked around Jack, Bobby, Teddy, and John John. I don't look much like any of em, thouugh perhaps if I dropped a bunch of weight I might see some traits. Those camp fire f***s could draw paragraphs of rhetoric slamming their beliefs as well as their personal values from me but whatever, just a waste of time to knock some sense into a bunch of dudes who like to screw their sister & cousins. Did I say that? My bad, don't know what came over me. RIP Ted

I can't believe how the left can ignore the fact that he essentially killed a woman and walked away from it with no real penalty. I don't care how much he may have done, if it was my daughter he killed I would never forgive him. There is some blame with the woman in that most likely she was passed out in the back seat, but still, either he murdered her or he was so drunk he couldn't comprehend what he did. Either way it is a crime. But being rich he walked. I can never respect him for what he did. Had he called authorities right away and then admitted his guilt or had served time I would be more apt to forgive him. But using Daddy's money to walk away makes me sick. In my opinion it just goes to show how elitism and liberalism are very connected, as much or more then the republican top leadership.

I don't see anywhere in this entire thread that anyone is ignoring that obvious bad deed...what I do see is a bunch of wingnuts ignoring everything else about him and his familly for purely partisan reasons.
