Gonna' be in Montana that week, and I don't care anyway. Besides, I like the Stones and the Beattles. Maybe it's an age thing, Brewer.
Good luck on those high maintenance teenage daughters. Don't know if you've heard or not, but you usually have to sweeten the pot and pay someone a bundle to take them off your hands. They used to call it a dowry.

Take off...to the Great White North!
OMC, you should have seen Iron Maiden in 1981 and 1982...instead of being disappointed, they would have been the greatest shows you've ever seen in your life.

GO DAWGS
I missed the show on purpose. Getting in & out of the White river amphitheater is a JOKE. Besides for band with so many killer songs, to only play a 2 hour set is a Joke in it self. IMO
I will say this on behalf on Rush, They always sound great live. And they treat their fan's to a 3 hour show. Worthy of the $.

Maiden back in the day=EPIC
I saw Iron Maiden open for the Scorpions at Hec Ed July,1982........ EPIC is right. I recall thinking I might die if those old wood bleachers would had given way.

at 2:10 seconds bob makes a huge statement in the song. mentioning Geddy's angelic voice. "song by angels"...
if i recall dave thomas went to high school with geddy. or something like that. dave offered to pay 10$ if geddy would do those vocal tracks for the song. i recall a radio interview with rush back in the 80s. geddy said about the 10$ offer. "hey 10$ is 10$ right?" with a laugh.

Minor HiJack Alert!
For those that don't know, SCTV was produced up in Edmonton, Canada, eh. As the show was getting federal money, they had to put in what was called "Canadiana content", meaning something that promoted the understanding of Canadian culture. The Great White North with Bob and Doug was the producers/writers/comedians answer to the funding requirement. Those crazy hosers, eh!
