I am looking to see if anyone has any experience good or bad with the Lee Lock brand anchor system. The Search feature generated very little info on them. I like the idea of being able to switch between the can style, and the CR style anchor. Thanks

Not familiar with their sled style stuff, but the drifter stuff is the best available at the moment!

3 Rivers makes a version of that system that is very nice. If you're close check them out.

I was going to comment on this system in the Duc thread as I saw them at the Sportman Show. Looks like a simple way to keep from accidently dropping the anchor while running through a rapid.

Have had one for 5 years now. I use it and love. Doubt there is a safer and more user friendly anchor system available.

I'm using a Lee-Lock on my DB and love it. Not that I need it, but I also kept my side-by cleat sometimes out of habit and other times as fail safe.

Over 30 years I've lost 2 anchors (1 unsecured and the other cut) and had 3 other very close calls involving anchors. It is really scary how fast an anchor can get you in trouble, which is why a quality anchor system is important to me.

IMO, the Lee-Lock system is worth every penny and then some. Highly recommended. thumbs

I had a leelock can on my old sled and LOVED it!!! My new sled has some homemade can and I will be swapping out for the leelock when the funds are available.
