I'd bet $ that's not a 50 inch vert. Would like to see him bring out the tape and tag the 50" mark....Good hops, but 50 inches is 4+ feet...

Let's do the math.....in one of those last dunks, the top of his head was even with the rim........if he's 5'11' (71") and the rim is 120" that leaves 49" vertical.....50" or 49" is pretty awesome.

FYI vertical leaps are not measured with running starts. It's much easier to jump higher with a running start. Vertical leap tests are calculated from stand still... Max jump height minus standing reach....

That guy may be able to jump 50 inches vertical on the run, but he doesn't have that high of bounce to get up 50 inches from a standstill....Some of those camera angles also were pretty generous

White man can jump, but they can't dance... at least I can't. At 5'11" I could jump standing still and almost dunk - but forget about running and jumping. To jump takes muscles, to soar like that takes rhythm. The kid definitely has it. Pretty amazing.
