Looks like a magazine in the mag well there. I'm guessing it was loaded. At least they didn't pull a WSP move and request sales of all AR15's, ...............yet.

Spare mag on butt stock, aimpoint or similar device, 2x or 4x magnifier, and a tactical light. A bit too much battle rattle for me , but then again, I wasn't an SPD officer.
Give me an Eotech and a tac light, and I'm good to go for anything within 200 yards.

In King County they will find a way to blame the car.
Guns dont just fall off trunks..........cars make them fall of trunks. All cars need to be outlawed. A "bicycle" cop saved the day when he was alerted by citizens. McGinn must have been pleased.

I just can't wait to see the next resulting WSP Memo to all FFL'ers in Washingtoons to furnish Name/Rank/Serial Numbers of ALL folks who had ever dreamed of buying an EBR (Evil Black Rifle) after seeing that Seattle PD EBR go whizzing by on the trunk of that Patrol Car.
