Sometimes continuing with a project is not always the best thing to do.

The part I don't like is we are paying a UK company to do the work, yeah it looks like the work is being done here in Texas, so it does include American jobs, but it should be done by a US company. Unless there are no US ship scrapers.

Never says who designed them.

I'm kinda liking the offshore prison idea....throw in our politicians with the striped shirts.....and then sink it....a kind of reef complete with food. Anybody see a down side?

Google "Prison Hulks" if the idea of cramming convicts into a rotting ship sounds good to you.
