Long time no read! wink

Wanted to let you know that two nice loads of cutthroat went into South Lewis County park pond and Carlisle Lake last week.

The channel catfish plant went into Kress Lake week.

Enjoy and let me know how you did!

Stace

Thanks! I'll be checking in pretty regularly to see if I can help out. Plus we'll be starting our winter fishery soon and I'll want everyone to know so they can get out and fish!

Hi Stacey,

I was just reviewing some old posts on Scanewa in Lewis county. What can you tell us about coho fishing in this lake? I'm confused as it is an impound, so are the coho trucked in? I've got a few nice reports from past years on coho fishing in this lake.

Nice to see you back and posting!

Yes the salmon are trucked into lake scanewa. You can catch some nice chromers there trolling wiggle warts or just about anything you want. Troll the shoreline straight across from the launch.

Thanks. How does one find out when and how many were trucked in?

You can also find out info about fish stocking on the WDFW website. Best bet is to call the local office. I have a list of 'regular' callers that keep in touch with me. So if you need info in my area, keep this number handy: 360-906-6706.

As far as other people in other regions, I have contacts but not people that are active on these boards. I know some of them read the boards. And comment on my comments from time to time.

My boss allows me to surf these sites to help give info to anglers. However, not everyone thinks it's a good idea - don't ask me why - and I've gotten some flack over it.

However, my you guys are a great resource for me and I will continue to utilize that! In return, I hope to give you the heads up on where the action is and help out with any questions you might have.
