The only ones I know about are in Swofford Pond near Riffe Lake.

They don't get very big up here.

Gissberg ponds up near Smokey Point has Channel cats. The WDFW started stocking them about 10 years ago.

Just about every lake in Snohomish county has Bullheads. I've caught a bunch of them out of Lake Stickney and Lake Serene.

Lake Terrell, North of Ferndale has channel catfish in the 20lb. range. Yes...Up to 20lbs!!!

Until October of last year, I lived in Ferndale. I caught channel cats in the 2lb. range and large bullheads, as well. I talked to a Lake Terrell veteran; who caught several of the large channel catfish and showed me his pictures. A few of the big ones were caught off the fishing dock, but a boat continues to be your best bet.

Very large rainbows and cutthroat trout are present, too; try orange PowerBait for both the trout and the catfish.

If they don't have to be channel cats, you can catch brown bullheads from virtually every lake in western Washington. Most run about a pound, sometimes topping two or three. They don't fight much, don't taste as good as channel cats, but they're easy to catch on a nightcrawler/bobber rig. They seem to bite best during the first two hours of darkness and the last hour or so before daylight, especially after a few days of warm weather. You might be surprised how many of them you can find in some of your local lakes.

Sunday Lake off the Stanwood exit. Guys would drive clear up from Seattle when I was a kid to fish off the public dock there. I spent many a day on that lake slaying the panfish, perch, bass, and cats. Not sure what's in there now as that was nearly two decades ago.
