Hey guys,

Just found this site and thought I'd check it out. I live in East Texas near Lake Fork. I spent a couple of summers in Washington when I was in middle school and high school and man do I miss going up there. There is such a variety of fishing and man do I hate not having salmon in Texas. Is there a lot of bass anglers on this site? I'd like to know. Thanks for having me.

Hey bass50 nice to have you visit us. We have been getting more and more bass anglers the last couple of years. Used to be almost all trout guys. Good to have the variety.

I was born there and grew up in Uvalde left Texas when I went into the USAF. Was stationed in Washington and got married here. Went back to Texas in 77 for a year. Moved back to Washington and have been here ever sense. My kin still lives there but haven't seen them in over 10 years now. I am more of a Washingtonion than I was a Texan.
Bass Fishing is great here and you don't have to put up with the heat the sticker bushes the bad snakes or the fire ants. But don't tell anyone.

I know I loved it when I was up there fishing. With all the bass and walleye, plus trout and salmon. If I ever move again it will be to Washington. My cousin lives over on the Columbia in Wenatchee. It is so beautiful over there.
