Tried to explain the rationale that with a 3 fish bag, those Satsop kings are going to be handled REGARDLESS. Taking a hatch king as part of the bag just gets people to their daily limit that much faster. " Retention is allowed for Hatchery Chinook, All Coho, Chum, & legal sized W. Sturg " As I and several others recall Mr. Warren was adamant that their be no Chum retention.
